I am a licensed professional counselor who started off in addictions and now focuses on mental health. Providing a Christian integrated approach to counseling is most important to me.

I am a Christian therapist who believes that the healing of body, mind, and spirit comes from and can be attributed to the total surrender to God's mercy and grace. This is the foundation of the work that I do. I use clinically sound interventions and practices that are in line with Church teaching. I help my clients seek out the truth of who they are, in light of who God created them to be.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) allow the client to heal the wounds of the past. Within Christ mercy, the shackles of our past are removed, and there is a new-found freedom. Christ wants to infuse every aspect of a person's life with grace and joy through this counseling experience. I want to facilitate this deep level of healing.
I do my best to treat each person with the greatest respect and dignity. So often, individuals will enter treatment with the desire to end their mental anguish and restore peace. I hope to help my clients find their joy and hope in life.
