About me

I am a trauma-informed therapist providing compassionate, individualized therapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, mood & personality disorders, ADHD, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions.

I I provide individual, couples, and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I work with clients navigating trauma and PTSD, including experiences of physical, emotional, verbal, and sexual abuse, attachment wounds, and domestic violence. I also support clients experiencing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, dissociative disorders, ADHD, relationship and family challenges, grief, life transitions, and concerns related to self-esteem and identity.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you. I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness based interventions, parts-based and trauma-informed interventions. Depending on your needs, our work may focus on developing practical tools for managing emotions and everyday challenges while also exploring deeper experiences, beliefs, and relationship patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely heard and understood. Whether you are seeking support individually, as a couple, or as a family, my goal is to provide a welcoming space to gain insight, strengthen relationships, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.
