About me
I am a young experienced psychotherapist who specializes in ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety and Depression.
I am licensed in Florida, with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I have a Cuban background and was born and raised in South Florida.
I find that for most of my clients, keeping a solution-focused goal helps with alleviating stress and symptoms of anxiety or even depression. I work with clients to navigate tough problems that feel overwhelming. Along the journey I will help you find tools and coping skills to help you navigate these scenarios in the future.
As someone who has been in both chairs (therapist and client), I understand that taking the first step is always the hardest. When it comes to communicating or reaching out there is no wrong answer. I communicate with clients however they feel most comfortable. Phone calls, video calls, or instant messaging.
