I am a therapist who works with adults who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and career challenges and balancing personal fulfillment and well-being in all areas of life. My background also includes extensive experience in group facilitation and life coaching, which enhances my ability to help clients develop practical strategies.
I bring a unique blend of deep empathy, clinical understanding, and practical corporate experience to my counseling practice. My approach is grounded in the belief that each person's journey is unique and that healing happens through genuine connection and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

I offer individual, couple, and family therapy sessions in person or online via video. I'm available most weekdays and in the evenings. Originally from Russia, I also offer sessions in Russian.
