About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of extensive experience in the mental health field. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, loss, and life transitions. I work diligently to help my clients and their families work through their challenges, heal and develop new set of skills that may enrich and improve their quality of life.
I believe in the power of taking a holistic approach to treatment. I combine evidence-based treatment methods with alternative healing therapies to address the full spectrum of my client's needs. When it comes to mental health I believe that optimum health is most attainable when your mind, body, and spirit are in alignment. As a therapist, I strive to provide supportive, flexible, open, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I meet my clients wherever they are in their personal journey, whether they wish to process difficult emotions, understand themselves better, or take active steps towards positive changes in their lives.
