About me
Natania Ostrovsky is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience focusing on anxiety, disordered eating, and bariatrics. She uses a collaborative and cognitive-behavioral approach to help clients thrive and reach their goals. She is particularly interested in helping clients develop self-compassion and a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.
I believe that change is possible. With support, guidance, and a focus on your goals and values, you can navigate challenges, find balance, and feel more at ease in your own life. Using a combination of cognitive behavior therapy and supportive therapy, my goal is to equip you with the tools to cultivate self-compassion, strengthen coping skills, and form sustainable habits that promote overall wellness. The therapy that I do is collaborative and compassionate. I take an inclusive, body-affirming approach that values health and healing at every shape and size, helping you move toward balance, confidence, and self-acceptance.
I am a licensed psychologist in New York and Connecticut and hold PSYPACT authorization, allowing me to provide telehealth services to clients in most participating states.
