About me
I am a psychotherapist providing individual services for teens, young adults, and adults. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and I provide in-person sessions in San Francisco, CA, and virtual sessions to all California residents.
Pain can quietly shape the life you live. Many people come to me carrying sadness, anxiety, depression, harsh inner critics, grief, relationship struggles, or the lingering echoes of the past. Inside, something may feel unsettled, lonely, or heavy. We are wired for connection, yet old patterns, self-doubt, and past pain can shape how we move through the world and relate to others and to ourselves, making closeness feel difficult. Beneath it all lies a rich inner world of thoughts, longings, and feelings that has not yet had the space or safety to be fully known.
Therapy offers a place to slow down and attend to that inner world. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, our work explores the emotional and relational patterns that shape how you experience yourself and others. With steady and collaborative attention, what once felt fixed can begin to soften, allowing new understanding and relief to emerge.
My approach is thoughtful and consistent, grounded in creating a space where you do not have to perform or appear “okay.” The parts of you that feel uncertain, self-critical, or conflicted are welcome here. Through sustained and attuned work, greater clarity, self-compassion, and freedom become possible, helping you feel more connected to yourself & others.
If these words or the potential of this space resonate with you, I encourage you to reach out. I offer a free 20-minute consultation.
