I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Trained Licensed Mental Health Clinician who has enjoyed working with children and elders and everyone in between.

I enjoy working with people of all ages who are interested in finding meaning in and making peace with their lives. My high school English teacher left two indelible ideas in my head, a quote from Socrates "The unexamined life is not worth living" and the Latin question "Quo Vadis?" or "Where are you going?". Since then, I have not only held this sense of curiosity for my own journey but practiced the profession in which I get to be present with other people as they embrace curiosity for their own lives, face their challenges, heal their wounds, and find their directions.

I am trained in IFS, the Internal Family Systems model of therapy, and believe it offers the fastest path to healing I have discovered in over twenty years as a therapist. IFS invites you to explore the many different aspects of you that may be in conflict with one another in the service of regaining access to your Self and offers permanent healing of wounds.

"What is hurting you?", "What is in your way?", and "What is needed for Healing?" tend to be the central questions in therapeutic work. It is my honor to be a guide, support, and authentic witness for people as they find their way to those answers. Sometimes we can get lost in our own inner labyrinth and I enjoy helping people illuminate their own Paths.
