About me

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist who supports women navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and collaborative. I integrate mindfulness, somatic tools, and values-based work to help clients reconnect with themselves and create meaningful change. I especially enjoy providing therapy to other therapists and helping them care for their own emotional well-being as they care for others. Whether you're adjusting to a new role, setting boundaries, or healing from past experiences, I'm here to support you with care and clarity.

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT #110763) who has been practicing since 2014. My work is grounded in supporting women through anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and emotionally complex family dynamics. I offer a relational, trauma-informed approach that integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and values-based work to help clients reconnect with themselves and create meaningful, lasting change.

In 2022, I co-founded Women’s Support Circle, a space designed to foster community, reflection, and empowerment for women navigating personal growth and life’s challenges. I also provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians (AMFTs, APCCs, and ASWs) throughout California, supporting them in building ethical, sustainable, and grounded clinical practices.

Whether you're seeking support as a client, a therapist, or both, I bring care, clarity, and authenticity to the work we do together.
