About me
I am a culturally attuned LCSW who helps individuals from diverse backgrounds heal generational wounds, strengthen self-worth, and navigate life’s evolving stages with authenticity and grace. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, REBT, and trauma-informed care to support clients in managing mood and anxiety disorders while fostering emotional awareness and resilience. I work with sensitive men seeking deeper connection, neurodivergent adults developing self-acceptance, creatives navigating purpose, and women redefining themselves through transitions such as divorce or empty nesting. I am passionate about empowering each person to cultivate insight, emotional balance, and self-compassion while building genuine connections and living with greater purpose and joy.
I understand sometimes talking to family and friends is not enough. Do you present a public persona that has become a private burden? Do you feel unfulfilled, even after attempts to fill a void? As much as you 'overthink' a situation to find a solution, you still feel anxious or depressed. This is common as you transition through stages of life. Unresolved issues may unexpectedly resurface causing internal struggles and external disruptions. We can process distressing experiences and events that are still painful to you. Let's develop coping strategies and/or radical acceptance for the peace of mind you deserve.
I provide trauma-informed care through an intersectional, women-centered lens honoring racial and ethnic identity. I support men who want to deepen their emotional awareness, heal past wounds, and cultivate authentic connections. My approach integrates evidence-based interventions with sensitivity to lived experience.
I understand the complexities of belonging and the weight of ‘otherness.’ When we partner together, you will cultivate a strong sense of self and groundedness. Let’s partner on The Sensitive Path — your journey of self-healing and growth.
