About me
You might look like you’re doing okay on the outside—but inside, something feels off. Maybe you feel disconnected, stuck, or unsure how to build meaningful relationships or a clear sense of direction.
I work with individuals who are navigating feelings of emptiness, low self-worth, relationship struggles, and a lack of purpose. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, but still find themselves repeating patterns or feeling unfulfilled despite their efforts.
For some, these patterns are connected to early relationship experiences—including the impact of a critical, emotionally unavailable, or inconsistent parent.
In our work together, we’ll slow things down and explore what’s underneath—your patterns, emotional experiences, and the ways you relate to yourself and others. I help clients build clarity, confidence, and more authentic connections, while developing practical tools to manage difficult emotions and life stressors.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, understood, and gently challenged in a way that leads to real change.
I offer sessions via phone, or live chat. If you’re ready to begin, we can start by scheduling a time that works best for you.
