About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist who works with adults to better their lives. I help my clients to better cope with anxiety, depression, grief, and caregiver burnout.
Changes and transitions in life, whether positive or negative, can be overwhelming. At some time in our lives, we can find ourselves facing depression, life circumstances, or navigating life’s transitions like aging. We can become overwhelmed with being a caregiver to children or a loved one with an illness. It’s important to learn how to cope with life’s variety of stressors.
Treatment is about healing, gaining insight, and bettering your life. I have worked with children, families, and adults through the years.
Working with diverse areas has provided me with skills and insight to help a variety of needs. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate, and supportive relationship with my patients.
