About me
With over 20 years of experience as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker in Australia, I provide thoughtful, effective support to people navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, career challenges, and personal crises.
Clients often come to me when they are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. My role is to provide a calm, respectful space where you can speak openly and begin to make sense of what’s happening — and, importantly, develop practical strategies that help you feel more in control again.
I take an individualised approach to therapy. There is no one-size-fits-all model. I work collaboratively with you to understand your experiences, your strengths, and your goals, and we tailor therapy in a way that feels useful and meaningful to you.
People I work with often say they feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported — sometimes for the first time in a long while.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
I look forward to working with you!
Warmly,
Natalie
