I'm a licensed professional counselor who is dedicated to empowering my clients to live fulfilling and happy lives.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and love to assist others in bettering their lives. Through working in the mental health field, I have discovered that my life’s passion is assisting individuals in achieving their goals and living happy and healthy lives. I strive to provide clients with a safe space to explore their thoughts, feelings and difficulties. I offer a collaborative approach to setting goals that allow clients to live meaningful and happy lives. The aim is to provide a culturally competent, non-judgmental, and an all-inclusive environment for all clients.
I have experience working with individuals struggling with various mental health concerns such as anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem, trauma and relationship difficulties. I tailor treatment based on the client’s needs and preferences. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, coping skills training and a psychodynamic approach in achieving the goals clients set for themselves.
