I specialize in Trauma & Healing-Informed Care, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Life Transitions, Spirituality Concerns, and Career & Life Coaching. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques, including BrainSpotting (BSP), SandTray Therapy, and the Prepare & Enrich program for couples.
