About me
Life brings many challenges; every day can be a burden if you do not yet possess the tools you need to help you take on those challenges. As your therapist, I’ll provide a safe space where you can begin to feel in control as you gain skills to take charge of your mental health needs. If you find that you are anxious, having a hard time completing tasks, dealing with loss, or managing relationships, together we can develop an individualized plan to propel you in the direction of a better quality of life.
Remember, you are the expert of your life and experiences and with my client-centered theoretical frameworks, you’ll be able to use those experiences to increase your overall functioning. My counseling style is framed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered therapies.
As your therapist, I will do my best to ensure that you can increase your self-confidence, and hope for your future and overall well-being. I want to help you reach your goals by providing a judgment-free space where your healing is priority. You’ve made it this far, let me help. Let’s Talk.
