About me
I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported. In my work, I strive to create a warm and nurturing space where you can show up exactly as you are — no judgment, just understanding. My approach is compassionate and collaborative — we’ll work together to understand what’s been holding you back and help you move toward balance, clarity, emotional well-being, and personal growth at a pace that feels right for you.
Hi, I’m Nargis, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with over six years of experience helping clients heal, grow, and rediscover their inner strength. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently pursuing my PhD in Counseling and Supervision.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, and I have a special passion for supporting children and adolescents as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
Let’s take the next step together — you don’t have to do this alone.
