I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas with 3 years of professional work experience. Prior to my LPC experience, I have 5 years of mental health experience via working in various inpatient hospital settings. During this period, I worked both one on one and in group settings with clients experiencing various challenges. I am skilled in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and depression. I also have experience working with clients who are experiencing difficulty in coping with life changes.

I believe in the importance of treating clients like human beings who are in need of care and compassion. I strive to create a judgement free zone that will serve as a safe space to my clients.
