About me
I am a licensed mental health clinician helping adolescents, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions through a supportive, collaborative approach focused on real, lasting change.
I understand that many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward while trying to manage the demands of everyday life. My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in meeting you exactly where you are. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe, supportive partnership—one where you feel heard, understood, and not rushed. Together, we take things at a pace that feels manageable for you while gently working toward meaningful and lasting change.
In our work together, we focus on both understanding what you’re going through and building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident in daily life. I aim to create a non-judgmental space where you can slow down, explore your experiences, and begin making sense of what feels heavy or overwhelming. Reaching out for support can be difficult, and finding the right fit matters. I offer free consultations to help ensure we feel like a good match before beginning therapy. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and empowered as you take this next step in your healing process.
