About me
I am an LMFT Candidate who is passionate about helping children and adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationships, and life’s challenges.
I am an LMFT Candidate with nearly 20 years of experience in education, giving me a unique perspective on the challenges children, families, and adults face. I work with both children and adults and strive to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and valued.
I enjoy helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, divorce and family transitions, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, and other life stressors. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with the goal of helping each person develop greater self-awareness, build healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in navigating life’s challenges. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change.
