About me
Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to working collaboratively with clients to help them achieve the goals they set for themselves. I believe that the journey to wellness is grounded in validation, empowerment, and a supportive therapeutic relationship that fosters growth and healing.
I hold a Master’s Degree in School Counseling and an Ed.S. in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University. With over 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, teenagers, and adults, I provide compassionate support to individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, work stress, grief, family dynamics, and career transitions.
I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, which allow clients to clarify their goals and feel empowered to reach them. My approach is warm, friendly, and focusedl, emphasizing the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance as the foundation for positive change.
I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you discover your strengths and work toward your goals. The decision to begin therapy is a powerful step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life—and I look forward to partnering with you on that journey.
