About me
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their struggles, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with teens, adults, and families through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. My background in both clinical and school counseling has allowed me to support individuals through anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship stress, academic pressure, and major life transitions. I understand that people often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of how to move forward—and my role is to help them find clarity, strength, and a path toward change.
My approach to therapy is honest, supportive, and practical. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and person-centered, trauma-informed care. This means our sessions may include exploring the “why” behind emotional patterns, while also focusing on real tools you can apply in daily life. Whether we are working on managing anxious thoughts, improving communication, or breaking unhealthy cycles, I believe therapy should create insight and action—not just conversation.
Clients who work with me can expect a space where they don’t have to perform or have the perfect words. I value authenticity, humor when appropriate, and a collaborative process where your goals guide our work. Therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you, but about strengthening what is right within you—your resilience, awareness, and capacity to grow.
I welcome clients who are navigating transitions, questioning their identity, healing from past hurt, or simply trying to carry less of the emotional weight they’ve held for too long. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationships, or your overall sense of well-being, I’m here to walk with you—at your pace—toward a fuller, healthier version of you.
