About me
I'm a licensed therapist in Texas with extensive experience supporting individuals and couples through life's most challenging transitions. My work spans stress and anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma and abuse, self-esteem concerns, and major life changes.
I specialize in helping clients navigate communication problems, isolation, social anxiety, grief and loss, forgiveness, posttraumatic stress, divorce, caregiver stress, mood challenges, women's issues, midlife transitions, domestic violence recovery, codependency, family dynamics, and aging-related concerns. I also work with clients facing cancer, postpartum depression, abandonment, infidelity, and blended family adjustments.
My approach is grounded in compassion and respect for each person's unique journey. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and build meaningful change at your own pace. I'm honored to work with clients seeking a therapist who shares their values and understands the complexities of faith, tradition, and personal growth.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm truly glad you're here.
