About me
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relational challenges. Your treatment plan will be collaborative and tailored to your goals, which may include building emotional regulation skills, exploring patterns shaped by past experiences, and strengthening your sense of agency and connection through intentional action compassion.
I’m a therapist who shows up with my whole heart and zero pretense. My approach is grounded with compassion, but I don’t sugarcoat the truth. I believe healing requires honesty, and I’m not afraid to hold up the mirror. If you’re ready to be seen, challenged, and supported in equal measure, I’m here for it. My approach is real, relational, and radically honest. I won’t coddle you, but I will care deeply. I’ll challenge the stories that keep you stuck, never to shame you but to help you reclaim your voice. I believe in tough love with a soft landing. I honor the brilliance in your defenses and the wisdom in your wounds.
I practice kind confrontation. I tell you the truth with softness and unwavering belief in your capacity to grow. My style is direct, emotionally attuned, and rooted in tough love. I won’t let you lie to yourself, and I won’t let you give up on yourself either. I’ll ask the questions that make you reflect with the intention of helping you move forward.
Clients say they feel safe with me because they know I care enough to be real. I don’t hide behind jargon or neutrality. I show up as a human—with empathy, insight, and a fierce commitment to your healing. Whether we’re unpacking trauma, navigating transitions, or challenging old narratives, I’ll walk beside you with clarity, courage, and compassion.
