About me
I am a licensed Master’s Social Worker and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. I have over 14 years of experience helping adults and older adults cope with emotional challenges and adapt to loss and life changes. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I use an eclectic approach that includes EMDR Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and, most importantly, Empathic Listening. I use a teaching style in my counseling to help clients learn why they behave the way they do so that they can be empowered to make changes.
