About me
I am an experienced Trauma Specialist, Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Neuroscience, and holistic therapy. I am dedicated to helping adults and teenagers cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, relationship issues, and other challenges in life.
I have over 10 years of experience in this field. When I am not seeing clients, I provide consultation at the World renowned John's Hopkins University. I also enjoy supervising recently graduated clinicians.
I create a safe non- judgemental environment, allowing my clients to explore and process their presenting problems at their own pace.
My therapy style is a combination of my above listed practice modalities as well as psycho-education and other new evidence based treatment techniques.
