At Farria Consultant & Community Resources LLC, we provide professional services and tools to assist clients, experiencing emotional and mental health challenges by linking them to resources within their community. We have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, alcohol/ drug addiction, Suicidal, and homicidal Ideation.
The ability to cope with life's stressors can make or break you mentally." Because of this, I want to make it my life mission to raise mental health awareness but also execute the Cognitive Processing Therapy approach to help clients work through the problems that led them to seek assistance. Farria Consultant & Community Resource Group was created to raise awareness and break the stigma around mental health issues in my community while getting people the help they need. My own experiences with anxiety, loss, and trauma all contribute to my caring, compassionate, and personalized approach to therapy. I also believe that every behavior has a purpose and a payoff.
