I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s emotional and relational challenges. I am the founder of The Reset Room Counseling and Coaching, LLC, a practice dedicated to providing a safe, supportive space where clients can pause, reflect, and move toward meaningful change.

I work with adults and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, PTSD, anger concerns, and relationship difficulties. I also provide couples counseling for those who are married or dating and seeking to improve communication, strengthen connection, and navigate conflict more effectively. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

At The Reset Room, I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create a nonjudgmental and empowering therapeutic environment where clients can safely explore their experiences, build healthy coping strategies, and gain insight into patterns that may be limiting their growth. Whether you are working through past trauma, managing emotional distress, or seeking greater balance and clarity in your relationships, I am committed to walking alongside you with professionalism, care, and respect.

My goal is to help clients reset, refresh, and refocus—developing the tools and confidence needed to move forward with resilience, purpose, and emotional well-being.
