About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With experience working across diverse concerns, I specialize in helping clients navigate grief, loss, and the complex emotions that accompany major life transitions.
I work with clients facing a wide range of experiences—including isolation, self-harm, mood disorders, chronic illness, domestic violence, and questions about life purpose and meaning. I'm particularly skilled at supporting women through identity-related concerns, workplace challenges, caregiver stress, and the weight of guilt and shame. I also have experience supporting those processing trauma from natural disasters and other significant life events.
My approach is grounded in cultural humility and intersectionality. I recognize that each person's identity—including race, gender, sexuality, and lived experience—shapes their journey, and I strive to honor that in our work together. I'm committed to creating a therapeutic space that feels affirming, non-judgmental, and aligned with your values.
I draw from evidence-based practices to help you build self-compassion, process difficult emotions, and move toward healing and forgiveness. Whether you're grieving a loss, navigating isolation, or reconnecting with your sense of purpose, I'm here to walk alongside you with genuine care and respect.
Taking the step to seek support takes courage, and I'm honored to be part of your healing journey.
