About me
I am a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adolescents and adults overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions while building resilience, confidence, and lasting emotional well-being.
Seeking therapy is a courageous first step, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout your journey. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, collaboration, and practical strategies that empower you to create meaningful change in your life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and self-esteem concerns. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by past experiences, struggling with your emotions, or simply feeling stuck, I will meet you where you are and help you move toward the life you want to build.
My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and individualized. I integrate evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and strengths-based interventions. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier coping strategies, and build the confidence and resilience needed to navigate life's challenges.
I understand that every person's story is unique. Therapy is not about "fixing" you—it's about helping you better understand yourself, heal from painful experiences, and develop the tools to thrive. Whether you're seeking support for a specific challenge or looking to invest in your personal growth, I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.
If you're ready to begin your journey toward healing and lasting change, I would be honored to support you.
