About me
I have been in private practice since 2019 and primarily work with young adults navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and periods of uncertainty. I specialize in supporting individuals working through trauma, addiction, and anxiety.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful. While my work is grounded in a psychodynamic framework, I also draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems, tailoring therapy to what feels most helpful for you.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive partnership. Together, we will focus on what matters most to you, at a pace that feels right. My goal is to help you move through obstacles, reconnect with hope, and build a life that feels more grounded, fulfilling, and authentic.
Nadine is a Colorado native, but has lived all over the world and the in other states. She loves to live an active lifestyle and has a passion and appreciation for music and culture. Together, we will explore what approaches may be most helpful for you based on your concerns and goals for therapy. I am committed to supporting you as you work through obstacles that may have made it difficult to live a healthy, stable, and fulfilling life. My hope is to help you build greater balance, resilience, and clarity, while offering guidance and support every step of the way.
