Nadia Neimanas, LCSW

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a decade of experience specializing in substance abuse, serious mental illness, and accompanying challenges such as interpersonal conflict, emotion regulation, and others.

Often, we can feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure. Navigating anxiety, life transitions, or identity questions can leave us wanting clarity, connection, and healing. I take a gentle, collaborative approach, meeting clients where they are. I aim to make therapy a space of growth, exploration, and safety- somewhere you want to return to. Together, we work towards your goals and your pace, building insight, resilience, and self-trust along the way.
I help people who are new to therapy and may feel unsure or nervous about starting. I specialize in working with individuals with substance use challenges, shame, guilt, and behavioral issues such as impulsivity. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can move at your pace. My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration.

I like to include a little bit about who I am outside of work. After all, you probably want to get to know me a little bit before you sign up for therapy! When I am not working, you can usually find me in the garden or working on my latest sewing project. I would say I am an advanced beginner at both and have loved learning new tricks for each. Some of my plants are finally looking healthy and not just barely surviving!
