About me
I am a pre-licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Professional dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges with compassion, empathy, and understanding. I am passionate about supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions and relationship issues.
My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, with Reality Therapy (RT), which focuses on personal responsibility, meeting needs effectively, and creating meaningful change. Together, these approaches help clients develop practical skills, gain insight, and move toward their goals.
As a pre-licensed clincal intern, I work under the supervision and I am pleased to be able to offer counseling services at a reduced rate to help increase access to quality mental health support within the community. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their concerns, build coping skills, and work toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
