I am an experienced therapist and school social worker. I have worked with all age groups using CTB to help others deal with anxiety, depression, ADHD and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder).
M & M Mind And Body originated with the thought of offering mental health services to the BIPOC community due to the lack of African American therapist available. My practice has grown to serve people who are just struggling with life. I have services to offer all age groups.
