About me
I’m a collaborative, trauma-informed therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating OCD, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I help clients better understand themselves, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change.
I believe therapy is a space to better understand yourself, work through challenges, and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, and I want clients to feel comfortable showing up as they are.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating OCD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I draw from CBT, ACT, and relational approaches to help clients understand patterns, develop practical tools, and build a healthier relationship with themselves and others.
My goal is to meet clients where they are, help them feel understood, and work together toward changes that feel meaningful to them.
