About me
I am a fully licensed queer-identifying therapist who specializes in LGBTQ+ matters, gender nonconformity, and transgender affirming practices in the state of Florida. I am trauma-informed and love to work with folks struggling with PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder (BPD), and general life stress.
Hello, my name is Murielle Joseph, but you can call me by my middle name, Eden. I work with a wide range of challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I am trained in accelerated resolution therapy (ART), which has been researched to show promising effects for folks struggling with trauma, gender identity issues, childhood adversity, and mood/anxiety disorders.
I see the rapport-building process as the most important part of therapy. I will take the time to get to know you and answer any questions you have about me or my experiences. I am a warm, affirming therapist who will gently challenge you as you need. I enjoy guiding my clients to making their own conclusions and empowering them to make the changes they want to see in their lives.
