About me
Are you a black woman who feels devalued, unseen, unheard, misunderstood, and thus, stressed, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, burnt out, feeling as if unable to cope with life; often suffering in silence? Do you tell yourself that you can handle it all by yourself, and that you do not want to "burden" others with "your stuff"? I want to let you know that I see you. I want to help you to see that you do not have to suffer alone. I want you to know that there is hope on the other side, and empower you to be a healthier version of yourself! Working together, we can accomplish this, and more!
My specialties include depression, anxiety, self-worth/esteem work, self-care, and my passion is empowering black women who have not tapped into who they are, YET! QUEEN, let me tell you: You are destined for greatness! You are be-YOU-tiful! You are worthy of love! I want to help you get to a place where you can (and do) say this to yourself—AND believe it!
Kudos to you for taking a HUGE step towards a healthier you! "Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.” (Audre Lorde)
