About me
I am located in Montana and have been working in mental health for about 15 years, and working as a therapist for the last 10 years. I have worked in a range of settings (hospital, residential, community based and outpatient) with all ages. My passion is providing support and empowering others in their journey to grow into the person they want to be. I believe in having a "good fit" and relationship with my clients, and them with me. I am dedicated to your success by focusing our relationship on compassion, empathy, respect and honesty as we work together in the healing process. I also believe change happens with practice and consistency. I also understand that what works for one, may not work for others, so I will work with you to find what strategies and supports work best for you.
I have experience with working with those who are struggling with trauma, abuse, stress, anxiety, depression, along with other emotional and life challenges. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with other modalities and interventions as means to support your healing.
Asking for help is not always easy, but you have made the step and I look forward to meeting and working with you on your journey to healing and growth.
