About me
I am an LCSW licensed in Texas, Utah, and Illinois. I am currently accepting new clients! I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My approach is grounded in the understanding that each person’s experiences, emotions, and challenges are deeply interconnected. I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings while also reflecting on the broader influences of relationships, environment, and personal history.
I use evidence-based approaches—including CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and ERP—to help clients overcome challenges, heal from trauma, and build resilience and balance in their lives.
I am passionate about helping clients build meaningful connections with themselves and others, fostering a deeper understanding of their values, strengths, and potential. Outside of my work, I enjoy running, golfing, playing pickleball, building Legos, practicing yoga, and spending time with my corgi, Ash.
