I not only love what I do, I believe I have the best job in the world! As a helping professional, I want to support others in their journey of becoming the best version of themselves. This is done through empathetic listening, with a non-judgmental approach where I let them BE themselves.

Originally from New Hampshire, where I grew up in a bi-racial home where my culture at the time did not match that of my peers. As a teenager, I learned to navigate who I was as I looked, and felt very different from those around me. I was taught racial tolerance, and equality at home. After many losses as an adult, I found myself in the therapy room, working on who I was in that current space. Over time, I evolved into someone who was healthy and whole. Through this process, I learned how to fall in love with myself, and to allow others to BE who they were without judgement. I am very passionate about helping people who are in a period of transition in their lives due to unfortunate circumstances just as I once was.

My approach to therapy is one where I prefer to offer my client the space to explore who they are in this current season of their life. I keep an open mind and have a free-spirited approach to each situation. I am an compassionate, and an empathetic listener when it comes to helping people process issues of unforgiveness, self-worth/empowerment, relationship building, sexual orientation, sexual identity, trauma, grief/loss, and addictions. I believe in providing people the opportunity to be themselves in a world where they are being told not to. In order for oneself to explore outside of the box that society has placed them, the atmosphere must be conducive to this. In offering my clients the flexibility, and freedom to BE who they were created to BE there is hope for change. I believe that no two human experiences are the same, nor is the interaction between myself, and the client. The connection is uniquely its own experience.
