About me
I am an Integrative counsellor working in the three main approaches: Person-centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural therapy. Being an Integrative counsellor means that I can tailor my approach by using different modalities to suit your individual needs.
I was born in Poland and after years there working as a High School teacher, I moved to England and, later, trained in counselling. I often combine my expertise in these two professions by working with adolescents.
I have now enjoyed living in the UK for nearly 18 years.I have got over 8 years counselling experience, working with both young people and adults.
I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I work with adults, young adults and adolescents.
I completed post-qualifying training program for counsellors and psychotherapists to be appropriately trained to work with adoption and special guardianship.
