About me

I am an experienced psychologist/ neuropsychologist, PSYPACT certified, specializing in lifespan development, attachment, and complex trauma. I am neurodivergent affirming, trauma-informed and relational therapist, dedicated to advocating for and supporting families, children, adults, and parents as they cope with anxiety, depression, anger, neurodivergence, parenting struggles, and life stress.

I specialize in Complex Trauma, Mood, and Parenting. My training includes Neuropsychology, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and Play Therapy, with a focus on the brain-body connection and relations.

My approach is holistic and culturally sensitive, rooted in my immigrant background, personal experience with cultural adjustment, and a wealth of life experience. I use active listening and validation to understand the origins of behavior, and am committed to empathy-based, client-centered care for individuals and families across state lines.

I am here to help you heal, grow, and thrive.

I am a genuine, honest, and authentic psychotherapist dedicated to client-led sessions. I provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed support tailored to your unique needs and challenges. As a lifelong learner, I am humbled by what my clients teach me and committed to integrity and personal growth. You deserve a space where you feel truly seen and heard. I am honored to walk alongside you at your own pace, whether you are navigating cultural transitions, parenting, life’s hurdles, or balancing work and relationships. In our sessions, you are in the lead.
