About me
Hey, I'm Mo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and before anything else, I want you to know this: you're safe here. Let's be real, asking for help isn't easy so if you're reading this you've already taken one of the hardest steps. I have over six years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions and everyday stress. I'm a strong believer that everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, supported and empowered. That's exactly what I strive to create for every client. Whether you're looking for support, greater self-awareness or practical skills to navigate life's challenges, we'll work together to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
My approach to therapy is simple: I meet you where you are. Some days that may mean processing difficult emotions and other days it may mean learning new skills or celebrating the progress you've made. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not a lecture. I believe people are capable of growth, even when they feel stuck or unsure of what comes next. I don’t believe therapy is about “fixing” people, you’re not broken. Sometimes we just need support understanding ourselves, unlearning patterns that no longer serve us, and figuring out what we want to do differently. I believe you can be a work in progress and still be proud of how far you’ve come. I also believe therapy doesn’t have to feel overly clinical or serious all the time. There’s room for honesty, laughter, hard conversations, accountability, and celebrating the small wins too. Most importantly, I believe you deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are without feeling judged. My job is to meet you there, support you, challenge you when needed, and help you recognize that you may already have more strength and answers within you than you realize.
