About me
Glad you're here, glad to help! I'm an outgoing therapist with nearly 20 years of experience providing mental health counseling & advocacy services for individuals, families, and groups in a variety of settings. I work with clients coping with life transitions, relationship concerns, caregiver stress, mood & anxiety disorders including Depression, GAD, PTSD, as well as developmental disabilities such as ADHD.
I'm often described as very “real” and genuine as I like to use candor & humor to help others feel comfortable and engage in the therapeutic process. Using a direct yet compassionate approach, I empower my clients to identify their strengths, needs, and goals to improve their overall quality of life.
