As a doctoral-level therapist, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), and trained EMDR clinician, I integrate advanced modalities tailored to your unique story. Together, we can utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) to understand your internal dynamics, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation and mindfulness, and Schema Therapy to explore and heal deeply rooted patterns from your past.
