I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD), as well as a Certified Mood Disorder Professional (CMDP).

I work with individuals ages 13 and older, and specialize in woman’s issues, life transitions, as well as working with individuals who are diagnosed with personality disorders, mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression (as well as treatment resistant depression), suicidal and self-harming behaviors. I’m committed to helping individuals learn how to start, or get back to, living their best life. Our work will focus on targeting ineffective behaviors and habits while decreasing negative symptoms and increasing overall functioning. I collaborate with my clients using my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as mindfulness to promote insight and regulation. Interventions are customized to your clinical needs.

I will hold compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive space which will help you to express, explore, and work through deeply held feelings and gain clarity and insight into critical areas of your life. I have over 15 years of experience working with teenagers, adults of all ages, within their communities, as well as in private practice and outpatient environments.
