About me
I am a relationship therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in patterns of conflict, disconnection, or emotional overwhelm and are seeking practical tools and deeper change. I help clients regulate their emotions, reprocess underlying patterns, and build secure, connected relationships from the inside out.
I am certified as a Brain Health Clinician through Amen University and provide a safe, structured, and results-oriented therapeutic environment for individuals, couples, and families. I help clients address concerns such as relationship conflict, communication difficulties, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and patterns of disconnection.
My approach integrates brain health, hypnosis, brainspotting, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy to support emotional regulation, reprocess maladaptive patterns, and improve communication and relational functioning. I work with clients to identify underlying beliefs and behaviors that contribute to distress and guide them toward healthier, more effective patterns.
Clients can expect a collaborative process that combines insight with practical strategies, helping them reduce reactivity, strengthen boundaries, and build more stable, connected relationships. My work is tailored to each client's needs, with a focus on meaningful progress and long-term change.
