About me

I am an experienced licensed professional counselor committed to guiding clients toward wellness and resilience through trauma-informed, compassionate care. I am dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges—including trauma, grief, anxiety, and everyday stress.

Hello and welcome. I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges.

I am a trauma- and grief-informed therapist and peer support specialist who brings both clinical training and genuine care into the therapeutic space. My approach is grounded in the belief that every person carries an inner capacity for healing, even when life feels overwhelming. Whether you are facing grief, the impact of past trauma, anxiety, or relationship challenges, my role is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, supported, and respected.

In my work, I draw from evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, cognitive reframing, emotion regulation skills, and somatic or expressive approaches. I often integrate reflective and creative techniques—such as journaling, visualization, or expressive arts—because healing happens on multiple levels: mind, body, and lived experience.

I welcome adults and teens (14+) and strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is tailored to you—your story, your values, and your goals. Many clients share that they appreciate the balance of emotional depth and practical support in our work together, where insight and understanding are paired with tools that can be used in everyday life.

What often sets my work apart is an emphasis on pacing, presence, and connection. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Sometimes it focuses on building skills for balance and resilience; other times it’s about having space to grieve, reflect, and make meaning—without pressure to move faster than feels right.

In addition to individual therapy, I also offer a small, structured online grief support group for adults who may benefit from shared space rather than one-on-one work. The group is designed to be gentle, paced, and respectful of where each person is in their process, with sharing always optional. More information about groups can be found at monarchconnectionwellness.com.

My goal is not only to help you manage symptoms, but to support you in creating a life that feels meaningful and connected. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to carry everything alone.

If you’re ready to begin, I would be honored to work with you.
