About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia with more than twenty years of working with diverse populations experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, along with other psychological and emotional stressors. I've also worked with individuals seeking refugee here in the United States.
Within the therapeutic relationship, we will work on meeting your immediate needs as we progress towards developing more long-term goals to support your continued growth.
With the assistance of therapy and the opportunity it offers for self-reflection, my hope is that you will develop self-awareness, become better equipped to challenge negative intrusive thoughts and rewrite your narrative to one that aligns with a more balanced and healthy life.
Understanding that being mentally healthy is vital. Seeking help should be seen as a strength and one of the best investments any one can make in themselves. Allow me to assist you on your path to emotional and psychological well-being.
