About me
I am a Social Worker who enjoys working with women and teen girls experiencing anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges, as well as those adjusting to major life changes or motherhood. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Together, we’ll work toward building confidence, balance, and lasting emotional wellness.
I’m a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to helping women and teen girls find balance, healing, and confidence in every stage of life. My practice is centered on creating a calm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore their emotions and experiences. I draw from evidence-based approaches while keeping therapy deeply personal and relatable — focusing on what works best for you as an individual.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or the transitions that come with motherhood and other life changes, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership — one that helps you build self-awareness, strengthen your inner resilience, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel lost or unseen.
